Novasol Spray S.A. Spain, founded in 1981 and known for the brands Pintyplus and NBQ, has been acquired by European Aerosols, a leading European supplier of aerosol solutions.

Coster Group announces the start of operation in its new production facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan, India.‍ As part of the Group’s growth plan and strategic focus on the Indian market, Coster decided to expand itslocal activities setting up a brand new and state of the art facility. The company was previously located inBhiwadi, Rajasthan, from where it successfully served local clients for the past 30 years.‍

Coster is pleased to announce it signed on 15th November 2019 a binding agreement to complete the acquisition of Catidom SAS
